Sunday Stills #26 - Light


I was trying to take a picture of a sunset that had a couple of straight lines lighting up the sky and I simply pressed the burst shot mode and just as I did a semi drove through the picture.  So not only did I get several pics of this amazing sunset, I also got some cool shots (and eventually) a gif of the semi.   Not too get too deep here, but I'm not sure what I believe, but when you see incredible beauty in sunsets and nature, it's easy to think someone or something is putting on a show for us.

I know I'm a day late on this one and frankly I wasn't sure I'd have one for this week, but I didn't want to miss a week so I went back into the camera roll to find this one.   It's not the best picture of my dog Finn, but his eyes tell the story here.   I don't remember what was in the bowl, but he wanted some. Sunday Stills #2

  When I was aiming my phone at random things for week number one, I was at one of my favourite hardware type stores when I saw these mini cement mixers.   I don't need one, but I thought they were cool and I loved the colour of them.   I wasn't sure they were right for the first week's challenge, but when I saw that week #2 was "favourite colour",  I was pretty sure I'd use it.   And while I don't usually take something in portrait, I like the way they were lined up.   Taken on an LG G7 ThinQ.
